It might still be all coats and furs for some of you but its already fiercely hot for the likes of us in cities like Mumbai. As we all gear up for spring/summer, here is quick recap of 5 trends that you should be wearing this season

Bare Shoulders – Get ready to show off your favorite assets ladies, your shoulders! This not-so-simple yet not-too-complicated feminine trend can be your goto for a date night, to make you look and feel every bit alluring and flirty. Try an off-shoulder or a one sleeve top or dress to look stylish even if you haven’t been able to hit the gym this fall. (You know what we mean!)

Military Green – This olive shade has been on the hot list for quite sometime now, so if you haven’t already, incorporate this color in your wardrobe NOW ! It is a very versatile color and super easy to pair with other pieces. Try any basic color like grey, black, nude, pastels to create a perfect summer look.

Statement Earrings – Now this is my favorite trend of the season!  I am a sucker for accessories and I honestly think we all need a little break from statement necklaces. The best thing about earrings is that, the style of your earring will quickly transform your look from day to night, maybe a small drop earring for the day and a big chandelier earring for the night. All we are saying is, put your hair up and work your favorite piece of statement earrings this summer.

Top to bottom white look – Yes, this is the season to wear all your whites together! (Just kidding, its gonna be hot so don’t layer too much) Take out all the whites from your closet and  make your outfit fun by playing around with different textures and using different shades of white. This could be a perfect brunch look for a hot summer afternoon, just make sure the chair is clean every time you sit.

Pink lipstick –  While reds and deep red are going no where this season as well,   get out of the monotony and try a shade of pink. Emma Stone, Olivia Munn and Solange Knowles all delivered this make up inspiration for all us to try. From bubble gum pink to fuchsia, take your pick and welcome this spring with style. It will also add a dash of chic pop color to the all white outfit we just recommended (Just saying!)
